Services vary from once a month to every other week.

We have partnerships with local scrap yards and Ripple Glass so that we can guarantee that your trash is being reused and turned into a valuable resource! Like you, we are tired of being sold a bill of goods about sham cycling and single stream where everything is still getting landfilled.

When you sign up you can choose to get email and/or text reminders the night before!

For glass we'll provide you with a reusable bag that we'll empty and return immediately. For cans, collect them in paper or plastic bags that we'll keep when we take your cans.

We accept steel and aluminum cans. Food cans need to be rinsed out and generally clean of food residue.

We take rinsed-out food and beverage containers, empty candle jars, and clean cosmetic containers. We do NOT accept porcelain, ceramic, china/leaded glass, mirrors, laminated glass, Pyrex and Corningware, dishware, light bulbs, TVs, or lab glass.

Absolutely, labels stay on! Lids should be removed from glass bottles. Metal lids can go with your can recycling. Broken glass is 100% fine! Cans don't need to be crushed unless you need the extra space.

You can put out up to 3 bags (grocery paper bag sized or equivalent) of cans each pickup. For glass you can put out one of our provided bags.

Compost customers already signed up with New Earth Farm can simply add glass and can recycling to their existing account in the customer portal under "Modify." For assistance, just email us at help@newearth.farm.
